vibloom · Account deletion

Delete your vibloom account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → “Delete account”) or here: sign in with a code from an email, read what will happen, and confirm.

What happens

Deleted

  • Photos, videos and sound you uploaded or recorded, and the videos and music you made — from the service’s storage, along with temporary files.
  • Studio projects, your videos, photos and sound — with their titles and edits.
  • Videos you made in the Studio.
  • Your creations disappear from the Library. Unfinished ones are canceled, and those an AI is already working on finish without a video.
  • Storyboards, with their ideas, plans and frames.
  • Characters, with their photos and portraits.
  • Your sign-in account: the email address and every sign-in on your devices. You can no longer sign in to this account.
  • Your own words in reports and support requests.
  • Your consents to the terms and to sharing data with AI services are revoked.

Kept

  • Records of tokens, purchases, refunds and debt — to account for payments and settle disputes over them.
  • Records of which consents were given and revoked, and when, and the pledges about people in photos and videos.
  • Details of creations without photos or videos (effect, price, time, outcome), and reports without your text, and ratings.
  • The log of support actions.
  • Records of deleted photos and videos keep their checksum (a file hash); it cannot be used to restore a photo or video.

These records are kept without your email address — only under a random account number. How long they are kept is set by law and by the app stores’ rules.

Good to know

  • Deletion cannot be undone. Save the videos you want first.
  • Your remaining tokens are forfeited. Money for purchased tokens is not refunded automatically: refunds go through the App Store or Google Play under their rules.
  • We do not promise immediate, complete deletion: the AI providers your photo was shared with to make a video, and backups, keep copies for their own periods — data is removed from there not instantly.
  • The sign-in service’s logs and the log of the email service that delivers sign-in codes keep your email address for their own periods — it is removed from there not right away.
  • If you sign in with the same address later, a new, empty account is created.
  • If you sign in with Apple: the app’s access through Sign in with Apple is revoked at Apple automatically only when you delete the account in the app and confirm the deletion with Apple. Otherwise, revoke it yourself in your iPhone’s settings.
